These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of WatchFlipper, including the mobile app, website, AI valuation features, pricing estimates, portfolio tools, and related services. By using WatchFlipper, you agree to these Terms.
What WatchFlipper Does
WatchFlipper helps users identify watches, estimate resale value, compare pricing signals, calculate potential profit, and track watch inventory. WatchFlipper is designed as a decision-support tool for watch sellers, collectors, and dealers.
Estimates Are Not Guarantees
WatchFlipper provides estimates only. AI outputs, market ranges, listing suggestions, confidence scores, sell-time estimates, Flip Tips, and profit calculations are informational and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or based on limited data. WatchFlipper does not guarantee sale prices, profits, demand, authenticity, buyer interest, or investment outcomes.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying watch identity, reference numbers, authenticity, condition, ownership, service history, included set, marketplace rules, taxes, shipping costs, insurance, payment risk, and final listing decisions before buying or selling a watch.
AI And Marketplace Data
WatchFlipper may use AI services and marketplace data providers, including eBay, to generate identification and pricing signals. Marketplace data availability may change, and some features may rely on active listings, estimated values, licensed data, or future data sources rather than completed sale data.
Subscriptions
WatchFlipper may offer free and paid subscription tiers, including Collector, Flipper, and Dealer. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple. Subscription pricing, features, renewal periods, scan limits, and availability may change over time. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WatchFlipper to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Misrepresent valuation results as guaranteed appraisals.
- Use the app to facilitate fraud, counterfeit sales, or deceptive listings.
- Bypass subscription limits, scan limits, security controls, or access rules.
Account And Portfolio Data
If you save portfolio information, you are responsible for keeping that information accurate. You should avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for watch tracking or valuation.
Third-Party Services
WatchFlipper may link to or rely on third-party services, including Apple, eBay, AI providers, hosting providers, and email providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes To WatchFlipper
We may update, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including pricing data sources, AI models, subscription features, scan limits, and portfolio tools.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
WatchFlipper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchFlipper will not be liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, inaccurate valuations, marketplace losses, payment disputes, counterfeit issues, shipping losses, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Privacy
Your use of WatchFlipper is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
